The Gu serves Teppanyaki Omakase as a set menu in Ho Chi Minh City. The teppan table area has 9 seats and accepts individual guests from 1–9 people; Separate small parties may dine at the counter during the same service period. The restaurant also has private Teppanyaki rooms for 5 or 12 guests.

Walk-ins are accepted when seating, kitchen capacity and set-menu ingredients are available. Some set menus and special ingredients require 1–6 hours of preparation. Please book in advance to confirm seating, preparation time and ingredient availability.
